MediaPlatform also provides dedicated webcast producers who provide expert system operation and event customization services for our customers. Our producers will work with you to plan and schedule events, and create, customize and test every aspect of your webcast – from format and UI branding to remote presenters, slides and videos. During your event, our producers will launch, manage and monitor your live webcast, and report network quality of service issues – such as excessive buffering or failover - so your support teams can proactively troubleshoot affected users.
